Shipping Information

General Shipping Information:
  • FlyBoys has a wide range of shipping options available. Customers should evaluate each option to determine which provides the best combination of speed and cost for based on their preferences.
  • FlyBoys recommends FedEx Ground and FedEx Express due to frequent delays experienced with USPS shipping.
  • Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first serve (FCFS) basis. Orders may require 2-3 business days to process depending on seasonal peaks and order volume.
  • Orders which include Queue Jumper receive expedited processing and priority over orders that do not include Queue Jumper. Queue Jumper orders typically ship within 1-2 business days; usually the same business day.
  • Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed on the weekends and federal holidays. Advertised delivery timelines (e.g., FedEx 2-day shipping) are based on business days. For example, an order placed on a Saturday will ship no sooner than the following Monday.
  • Carriers (FedEx, USPS, etc) charge a fee if the shipping address must be changed after the package is shipped. Customers requesting such changes are responsible for these fees. To avoid additional fees, confirm correct shipping address before completing your order.
  • Orders with custom embroidery or custom engraving, and orders for third-party products offered on (e.g., Yeti®) may be subject to slight shipping delays due to the customization process or the time required to obtain third-party products for shipment to the customer. However, in all cases, Queue Jumper orders will receive expedited processing.
International Shipping:
  • FlyBoys will provide all necessary documentation to ensure delivery and offers assistance as needed to expedite the delivery process.
  • International Shipping Services often exceed expectations, particularly when selecting FedEx International Priority.
  • We do NOT recommend selecting a USPS (US Postal Service) shipping option at this time due to frequent extended delivery delays which are beyond our control.

Embroidery Orders:

Custom embroidered items ship after completion using the selected shipping option. For example, when a customer chooses custom embroidery and selects Standard Overnight shipping, the product will ship using that option following normal completion time for custom embroidery. Custom embroidery orders require up to 7 business days to complete prior to shipping.

Updated and current shipping rates are displayed when selecting shipping options during the checkout process for FedEx and USPS shipping options.  Shipping origin is Houston, Texas 77379.
  • Standard Shipping: FedEx Ground / USPS Priority Mail - USA Physical/PO/APO-FPO'S
  • Ground Service via FedEX FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail Transit Times or USPS.
Note: Please provide a physical address for shipping. P.O. BOXES accepted for USPS services. APO/FPO's ship via Priority Mail and First Class Mail ONLY.
    Express and Expedited Shipping Options: Domestic USA only
    • Standard Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery via FedEx or USPS - Available for the Continental US, AK and HI. **Non-major metropolitan areas may not have 2nd day delivery available.

    Note: International Customers - Do not select this option.

    • FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery - Guaranteed delivery next day by 3:00 PM at most locations.
    • USPS Express Mail - Guaranteed next day delivery by 3:00 PM for most locations. This is the best option for expedited delivery to Post Office boxes.
    International Shipping - (Not an APO-FPO Address):
    • International orders ship by FedEx Express, FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS), USPS Internatioanl Priority Mail or Airmail.
    • Please include any special information concerning contact and delivery procedures during checkout to prevent delays in delivery.
